It's that time of the year! Beans are coming in. We had our first picking on Tuesday. Nasturtiums, and a hummingbird. Six quarts, first haul of the year. (The purple ones turn green when they get pressure canned.)
Well folks, I am pleased to announce that for the first time ever we have a very respectable row of cannellini beans. Those are the short beans, the tall ones are blue lakes, and French runner beans.
