Uncle Adam kept all the peas at the farm to blanch and freeze them. We took the beans home to can them.

Two hours later, all the beans were snipped, roughly an hour and a half after that they were all canned. 12 quarts of beans. Not about hall, except next time we need to pick and snip earlier in the day so Mommy is not pressure canning until 1030 at night.
